About
MARKETER, DESIGNER, MUM, SMALL BUSINESS OWNER.

Hi, I'm Jess.
I design websites, brands, and marketing campaigns that help small businesses show up like they mean it. Not just show up, stand out, connect, convert, and actually make life easier. (Because yes, your website should be doing some of the heavy lifting, not just sitting there looking pretty.)
I’ve been in marketing for... longer than I want to admit (sixteen years).

After getting a Bachelor of Business at Uni, I worked in marketing for tourism, hotels, wineries, real estate and local government. The biggest reward was working with people who are amazing at what they do, but don’t always have the time or energy to figure out how to present that clearly online.
That’s where I come in. I take the scribbles, the “sort-of” ideas, the “I just need it not to look crap” brief and I turn it into something strategic, polished, and personal.
My background
Not a cookie-cutter in sight
How I work
My work is clear, confident, and grounded in strategy, but never overcomplicated or jargon-heavy. You’ll get a website or brand that reflects you, not just a recycled template with your name slapped on it.
I ask a lot of questions. I (gently) push when something feels too safe. And I always aim for that sweet spot where thoughtful design meets actual business results. The kind that gets more calls, more bookings, more sales and maybe even a few compliments.
I’m not a big agency. It’s just me, your designer, copywriter, strategist, and project wrangler. I won’t pretend I get everything right on the first go. I tweak. I rethink. Sometimes I overthink. But I don’t stop until we land on something that feels right, not just to me, but to you and your audience.
Who I work with
I work with small businesses, the kind where the owner is still wearing three hats and answering emails at night. Local legends with brilliant skills who just need a professional brand presence that makes sense and saves time.
If you’re local, I’ll probably come visit in person. If you’re not, we’ll do it online. Either way, I bring a practical, hands-on, small-town energy to everything I do.
